Job summary

Mercy is seeking an OR RN circulator for full-time, 36 hours per week at Mercy Hospital - Oklahoma City. The role features a 3x12-hour shift schedule and a sign-on bonus opportunity. Emphasis is on patient safety and high-quality care within a collaborative operating room team.

Ideal candidates hold a nursing degree (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN) with BLS certification and prefer 1 year of critical-care or OR experience. Licensure must be maintained for the hiring state or compact licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• 1 year of critical-care or OR experience preferred.
• Maintain RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support operating room team in a dynamic, high-quality patient care environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure patient safety.
• Perform circulator duties as part of OR operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

• Preferred experience: 1 year of critical-care or OR experience.

• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis

• Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift

• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
