Job summary

Azspineandjoint is seeking an experienced perioperative nurse to provide comprehensive patient care across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases. You will work with surgical teams to implement the nursing process and ensure optimal outcomes.

The role requires at least one year in the OR with circulating duties; scrub experience is a plus. The position is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Beverly Hills, CA, with competitive benefits and schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse License.
• Current American Heart Assn. BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications.
• Minimum one year in the OR with ability to circulate; scrub a plus.
• Multispecialty experience preferred (ENT, Urology, GYN, Plastics, Ortho, Ophthalmology & GI).

Job description

This position is 8 hour shifts, no call, no weekends, occasional OT.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The delivery of patient care through the framework of the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis and patient outcome) in the preoperative, interoperative and postoperative phase of the surgical patient.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Registered Nurse License
• Current American Heart Assn. BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications
• Minimum one year in the OR. Ability to circulate is required, scrub a plus.
• Multispecialty experience preferred (ENT, Urology, GYN, Plastics, Ortho, Ophthalmology & GI experience preferred).
