Job summary

INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a PRN RN Circulator for the Float Pool to cover shifts across departments as needed. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while supervising junior staff and maintaining patient safety.

We require Oklahoma RN licensure (or eNLC), BLS, and ACLS/PALS/NRP competency as applicable. A valid driver’s license and flexibility with shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an RN in Oklahoma or eNLC multistate license.
• 3 years RN patient care in a hospital setting or 1 year with ECMO/LVAD cert.
• BLs certification at hire or within 30 days; ACLS/PALS/NRP as competency allows.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Float to different departments, including Emergency Department, as assigned.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities.
• Supervise and delegate care to licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff and students as appropriate.
• Maintain a safe environment free of hazards for patients and staff.
• Coordinate staffing and shifts with float pool leadership.
