Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a RN Contract L&D Float Pool for night shifts, at a rate of $75/hr. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling within a large not-for-profit health system.

Qualified candidates will hold Oklahoma RN licensure (or multi-state eNLC), have 3 years RN hospital experience or 1 year with ECMO/LVAD, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications as required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Oklahoma or eNLC multistate license.
• 3 years RN hospital patient care experience or 1 year with ECMO/LVAD certification.
• BLS certification upon hire or within 30 days.
• ACLS, PALS, or NRP certification within 90 days or as competency dictates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plan of care.
• Provide and document patient care interventions.
• Evaluate effectiveness of care and adjust as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate care with licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Mentor and train staff and students as appropriate.
