Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City is seeking an RN Contractor for the ER Float Pool. This PRN role offers the opportunity to float to multiple units, deliver patient care, and contribute to a fast-paced emergency services team.

The position requires Oklahoma RN licensure (or multi-state eNLC), BLS, ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable, and strong English communication. Candidates must be able to drive, meet insurance requirements, and work weekend shifts and holidays as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Oklahoma or eNLC
• BLS certification required
• ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications required or within 90 days of hire
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to insurer
• Experience in hospital setting preferred for critical areas
• Additional qualifications may apply for specialty areas

Responsibilities

• Float to different departments as needed
• Manage and document patient care using the nursing process
• Participate in on-call status as required
• Supervise and coordinate care delegation
• Provide guidance to licensed and non-licensed staff
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free environment
• Support orientation and training of staff
