Job summary

INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking an RN Contractor for the IMC Step Down Float Pool at a rate of $70/hr. The Temporary Critical Need RN will float to various units, manage patient care, and may participate in on-call duties in a PRN capacity.

Requirements include Oklahoma RN licensure or eNLC, 3 years hospital RN experience (or 1 year with ECMO/LVAD), BLS, ACLS/PALS/NRP, and strong English communication. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Oklahoma or a multistate license (eNLC).
• 3 years RN hospital experience or 1 year with ECMO/LVAD certification.
• Current BLS certification upon hire, or within 30 days.
• ACLS, PALS, or NRP certification required based on role and time frame.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per the nursing process within the float pool.
• Float to multiple units as needed; may participate in on-call status.
• Supervise and delegate care to licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff and students.
• Maintain a hazard-free environment and ensure patient safety.
