Position Details

Qualified external applicants with at least six months of RN experience are eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus. Full-time or part-time positions qualify; PRN positions do not. Additional relocation bonuses up to $8,000 may be available based on location.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication and collaboration with healthcare teams and patients/families.
• Promote patient health and safety according to standards and regulations.
• Demonstrate accountability for relationship-based care and organizational values.
• Act as Charge RN on weekday night shifts, circulating and/or scrubbing on various cases including Gen, Ortho, Neuro, Spine, Eyes, ENT, GU, Robotics, Vascular, Endovascular, Cardiac, Trauma, OB/GYN.
• Assist with room turnover, supply management, and patient advocacy during surgeries.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors preferred.
• One year of experience preferred.
• Current RN license in applicable state or from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact.

Schedule and Work Environment

36 hours/week, night shifts, with approximately 4 call shifts in a 6-week schedule. Call radius is 30 minutes. The unit includes 17 OR suites, including trauma, hybrid, CVOR, and cystoscopy rooms, with a caseload of 450-500 cases per month.
