Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking an experienced RN Charge Nurse - Supervisor to lead a behavioral unit and ensure high-quality resident care. The ideal candidate has strong nursing knowledge and the ability to stay positive and adaptable in high-stress situations while guiding a team of CNAs, CMTs, and hall monitors.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting audits, overseeing medication passes, training under the DON, and maintaining safety and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice.
• Ability to supervise CNAs, CMTs, and hall monitors while maintaining high care standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff including CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors.
• Conduct audits, assessments, and monitor compliance with care standards.
• Assist with staff training and orientation under DON guidance.
• Oversee medication passes and supervise CMTs during administration.
• Ensure resident safety and dignity while promoting quality care.
