Job summary

SILVERCREEK is seeking an experienced RN to supervise daily nursing activities during shifts, ensuring care aligns with federal, state, and local standards. The role requires coordinating with DON/ADON when applicable and maintaining high-quality resident care.

You will lead nursing staff, develop and update policies, review discharge plans, and participate in QA and committee activities to continually improve service delivery. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited institution.
• Current, active RN license in the state.
• 2+ years of experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication to coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Direct nursing staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
