Job summary

Abrazo Scottsdale Campus is seeking an RN ER Clinical Coordinator for Full Time Nights. The role coordinates a clinic unit, schedules unit RNs, and serves as a liaison to pre-hospital providers, nursing staff, and administration. The candidate will develop and implement regulatory-compliant plans and mentor other staff.

Minimum education includes a nursing degree; BSN is preferred. Requires two years of clinical nursing experience; leadership experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BSN preferred.
• Two years relevant clinical nursing experience.
• Preferred Level II/III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate functions of a single departmental unit and scheduling of unit RNs.
• Serve as liaison to pre-hospital providers and internal/external staff.
• Develop and implement plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor staff.
