Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess, document, and report resident condition/changes during rounds.
• Ensure implementation of care plans as directed.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Record physician visits and rounds in clinical records.
• Perform narcotic reconciliation across shifts.
• Identify significant changes in resident condition and act per facility policies.
• Oversee and monitor aides.
• Initiate and complete Incident and Accident Reports per policy.
• Discharge residents per facility policy.
• Communicate with resident’s contact about status changes.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by the Director of Nurses and/or the Administrator.
