Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess, document, and report resident condition during rounds.
• Ensure care plans are implemented as directed by physicians.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document administration.
• Conduct rounds with physician and record visits in clinical records.
• Perform narcotic reconciliation with shifts.
• Oversee aides and monitor care delivery.
• Initiate and complete incident/accident reports per policy.
• Discharge residents per facility policy.
• Complete Nursing Assessments for Physician Calls before contacting a physician.
• Communicate status changes to residents' contacts.
