Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking an RN for Mease Countryside Hospital. The Clinical Nurse III provides proficient patient care with strong managerial skills and serves as a role model and preceptor for the nursing team.

The role includes developing self and team members and sharing information across the organization. The RN will also serve as charge nurse, with direct patient care responsibilities in accordance with department needs.

Qualifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• RN (Registered Nurse) license required.
• ACLS (Cardiovascular) if department requires it.
• RN Professional Nurse Specialty certification within 7 months of hire/promotion.

Requirements

Certifications and Licensures:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

Education

• BSN or BS Healthcare related field within 7 months of hire/promotion
• OR RN Professional Nurse Specialty Certification within 7 months of hire/promotion

Shift Hours: 6:45am - 7:15pm
