Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Clinical Nurse III at Mease Countryside Hospital. This role requires strong managerial skills and excellence in patient care for a defined population.

The RN will serve as a charge nurse and preceptor, mentoring the nursing team and guiding clinical practice. Qualified candidates hold RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS if required by the department, with BSN or related degree within 7 months of hire and 2 years RN experience preferred.
