Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking an experienced RN for immediate opportunities in our Memphis facility. The RN will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality resident care.

Requirements include an active RN license in the practicing state, and strong skills in documentation, communication, and clinical judgment. LTC experience and familiarity with EHR systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required in state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory/charge nurse role preferred.
• Strong observation, medication administration, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including meds, wound care, and skilled procedures.
• Assist with ADLs ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and med aides during shift per policies.
• Monitor residents and report changes to physician.
• Develop, implement, and review care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Record accurate clinical documentation per policy.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges per procedures.
• Participate in QA activities, staff education, and surveys.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing.
