Signature HealthCARE of Muncie is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a compassionate, team‑oriented facility. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise aides, and coordinate resident care plans to ensure safety and quality life for residents.

Candidates should have an active RN license in Indiana, CPR/BLS certification preferred, and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, ideally in long‑term care. EHR proficiency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Strong clinical observation, medication administration, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Federal and State long-term care regulations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) ensuring comfort and safety.
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants and medication aides.
• Monitor residents’ status and notify physician of changes.
• Develop and review individualized resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per policy and procedure.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and regulatory surveys.
