Good Samaritan Luverne is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care for residents. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process.

The role may serve as charge nurse and involve delegation to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safe, high-quality care in all phases of nursing practice. An unencumbered RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program and maintain required competencies and certifications.
• RN licensure in state of practice (or multi-state licensure if applicable).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and adherence to standards.
