The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Park River provides individualized nursing care using the full nursing process across all resident care phases. You will work with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care in a Christian not-for-profit setting.

Responsibilities include care coordination, resident education, and potential charge nurse duties, with emphasis on safe, compassionate service and adherence to nursing standards.

Qualificações

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in state or compact licensure (NLC).
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident assessments, education and various nursing interventions.
