Job summary

Good Samaritan Park River seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and the care team to plan, implement and evaluate care, ensuring safety and dignity across all stages of health needs.

The facility is a 60-bed not-for-profit providing skilled and basic care in a Christian environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with state board or multistate licensure if in NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident education and nursing interventions; may serve as charge nurse as needed.
