Job summary

Good Samaritan is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day shifts at the Luverne, MN facility. The RN will perform nursing duties across all phases of care, coordinate resident assessments, and collaborate with the care team to plan and evaluate resident care.

Qualifications include a nursing degree and an active RN license; prior CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA-accredited program exposure is preferred. Benefits and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and/or multistate licensure (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and educate residents and families.
