Good Samaritan in Luverne, MN is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care across all phases of care.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree and an unencumbered RN license; BSN preferred. Full-time day shifts, 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff.
