BayCare in Wesley Chapel, FL, seeks an experienced RN Charge Nurse for the Cath Lab/IR/EP team. The role supports diagnostic and invasive procedures, assuming room and team leadership duties with supervision as directed by management.

Licensure includes RN, BLS and ACLS; required experience is 2+ years in clinical nursing with 1 year in Cath Lab or related areas. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

BayCare is looking for its newest IR/EP/Cath Lab,Charge RNin Wesley Chapel, FL.The IR/EP/Cath Lab Charge Nurse serves as a member of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team assisting in the performance of diagnostic and invasive procedures. Resident Expert in clinical and technical aspect of Cardiovascular/Interventional. Independently functions during diagnostic and interventions with no supervision. Assumes Room charge, team leader charge and proctorship of team members when assigned by Manager. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.
