BayCare seeks a Heart and Vascular Assistant Nurse Manager in Tampa, FL. The role supports the Nurse Manager in supervising Cath Lab, Interventional procedures, and CVOR teams, ensuring safe patient care and efficient daily operations.

The manager leads hiring, coaching, and performance reviews, fosters quality improvement, and coordinates staffing and resources. Requirements include RN license, BLS and ACLS, Associate degree in Nursing, and at least 3 years in Cath Lab or similar setting;

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required from American Heart Association.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required.

BayCare is looking for its newest Heart and Vascular, Assistant Nurse Managerin Tampa, FL.The Heart and Vascular Assistant Nurse Manageris proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills. Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues. Oversees day-day-day operations within Cardiology. Responsible for appropriate utilization of team members and product resources to efficiently and effectively provide medical and quality patient outcomes. Assists in planning, organizing and controlling aspects of the daily operations. Provides team member hiring, counseling, mentoring and terminating. Conducts team member performance evaluations. Acts as an advocate and leader for continuous quality improvement activities and customer service. Perform other duties as required.

Licensure & Certification:

• BLS and ACLS is required from American Heart Association
• RN license is required

Education:

• Associate's degree in Nursing

Experience:

• Required experience is 3 years Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, EP, CVOR or acute care experience. Preferred 1 year leadership experience.

Location: St Josephs Main and Childrens

Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes

Shift Hours: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Shift: Shift 1

Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies

Weekend Work: Occasional
