Job summary

Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to provide leadership and clinical expertise on their shift and department. You will coordinate staffing, support staff, and act as a role model of professionalism.

The role requires a BSN and RN licensure with compact license transfer within 60 days, plus preferred ACLS/PALS certifications and mentoring experience. A robust benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN from an accredited institution; BSN must be obtained within four years of hire/promotion.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide clinical expertise on the shift and department.
• Coordinate unit resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Direct the interdisciplinary care team via delegation and collaboration.
• Ensure safety, quality, compliance, and patient care.
