Good Samaritan in Luverne, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day shifts on 12-hour rotations. The role delivers nursing care across the resident care continuum, collaborating with families and the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

The RN must hold an unencumbered MN license (or multi-state license) with a background aligned to professional nursing standards. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state or multistate licensure (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, education and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff.
