Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Cromwell is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to lead a dedicated nursing team in our Connecticut care center. You will supervise staff, implement care plans, and ensure top-quality patient care for residents receiving long-term and short-term services.

Qualifications

About the Role

As a RN Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising a team of nurses and providing direct patient care in our state-of-the-art nursing center. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our nursing units, including medication administration, wound care, and other delegated tasks.

Responsibilities
