Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Cromwell is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to lead a dedicated nursing team in our Connecticut care center. You will supervise staff, implement care plans, and ensure top-quality patient care for residents receiving long-term and short-term services.

You will administer medications, perform assessments, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and oversee daily unit operations including staffing and scheduling to maintain a safe and compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in CT with current board eligibility.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating care.
• Strong assessment and patient-care planning skills.

Responsibilities
