Job summary

Harbor Village Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in New London, CT is seeking an RN/LPN Charge Nurse to lead a dedicated team on your unit and deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

You'll supervise CNAs, administer meds, monitor changes in condition, perform skilled procedures, and communicate clearly with residents and families. An ADN and CT RN/LPN license are required, with 1–2 years of geriatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN required.
• Active CT RN or LPN license.
• 1–2 years LTC/SNF/geriatric experience preferred.
• PCC experience a plus.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

What You Bring
