Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK, seeks a day shift, full-time Charge Cardiac Catheterization Lab Registered Nurse (RN) CV Specialist to join our team. The role involves hands-on nursing care in the Cardiac Cath Lab and invasive radiology settings with focus on cardiac pacing, hemodynamic monitoring, and ventilation support.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an Oklahoma RN license, and ACLS/BLS certification with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience on cardiac floor or Critical Care Unit (ED, ICU).
• Current Oklahoma Registered Nursing license.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Respond to life threatening situations with appropriate interventions.
• Practice in a Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Invasive Radiology environment with cardiac pacing, hemodynamic monitoring, and mechanical ventilation as applicable.
• Organize patient care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
