Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK is hiring a day shift, full-time Cardiac Catheterization Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to join Hillcrest Hospital South. The role focuses on patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab and invasive radiology environment.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, monitor hemodynamics, respond to emergencies, and ensure adherence to policies. Requires Oklahoma RN license, BLS, ACLS as applicable, and previous cardiac/critical care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Oklahoma RN license.
• Must obtain and maintain a current BLS.
• If ACLS certified upon hire, must maintain; otherwise, obtain certification within the first 6 months of employment and maintain.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes knowledge bases of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Responds to life threatening situations with appropriate interventions.
• Practices in a Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Invasive Radiology environment through the application of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, included but not limited to cardiac pacing, hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical ventilation.
• Organizes patient care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Licensure: Current Oklahoma RN license
• Must obtain and maintain a current BLS
• If ACLS certified upon hire, must maintain; otherwise, obtain certification within the first 6 months of employment and maintain

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Experience 2 years on cardiac floor or Critical Care Unit (ED, ICU)
• NIHSS
