Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System is seeking a day shift, full-time Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab in Tulsa, OK. You will work in a fast-paced invasive imaging setting, applying nursing processes to monitor and support cardiac patients.

Requirements include Oklahoma RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS certification (ACLS within 6 months if not already held). Experience on a cardiac floor or CCU is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure: Current Oklahoma RN license.
• Must obtain and maintain a current BLS.
• If ACLS certified upon hire, must maintain; otherwise, obtain certification within the first 6 months of employment and maintain.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes knowledge bases of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Responds to life threatening situations with appropriate interventions.
• Practices in a Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Invasive Radiology environment through the application of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, including cardiac pacing, hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical ventilation.
• Organizes patient care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
