AMSURG is seeking a Full-Time RN Center Administrator in Oakland, CA. You will work Monday–Friday, oversee nursing and patient care, credentialing, and quality initiatives, collaborating with Medical Directors and operations leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in healthcare management, 2–3 years in an ASC, and an active RN license, with BLS/ACLS certifications. Endoscopy experience is preferred; strong multitasking and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• At least 5 years of healthcare-management experience.
• At least 2–3 years experience in an ASC.
• RN license is required.
• Endoscopy experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors operational activities for effective daily operations.
• Works with Medical Directors, Board Members, and Directors.
• Direct supervision of nursing and patient care.
• Oversees credentialing and HR for medical staff/allied health.
• Leads QAPI and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manages contracted vendors and services.
• Develops and updates center policies, procedures, and compliance.
