Job summary

AMSURG seeks a full-time RN Center Administrator to lead a busy ambulatory surgery center in Oakland, CA. You will oversee daily operations, supervise nursing and patient care, and work closely with Medical Directors and the Director of Operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, an active RN license, 5+ years healthcare-management experience, and 2–3 years ASC experience. BLS/ACLS, credentialing oversight, and policy development are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited College/University.
• 5+ years of healthcare-management experience.
• 2–3 years ASC experience.
• RN license is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors operational activities for effective and efficient management of daily operations.
• Works collaboratively with Medical Directors, Board Members, Director of Operations and Clinical Director.
• Direct supervision of nursing and patient care.
• Oversees credentialing and human resources for medical staff.
• Directs the Center’s QAPI and participates in ongoing quality improvement.
• Manages services provided by contracted vendors.
• Develops, interprets, and implements policies and procedures to meet regulatory and accreditation requirements.
