The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in an Operating Room or ASC setting, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), and a current RN license. Qualifications

• Five to seven years of ASC experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in an Operating Room or ASC setting is required.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise employees in the Surgery Center.
• Evaluate ongoing patient care and report significant patient problems.
• Assure compliance with all surgery center policies and regulations.
