Job summary

Highmark Health is hiring an RN for the Clinical Decision Unit 2 (CDU 2), a newly established 10-bed observation unit on Jefferson Hills campus. The RN will work within an interdisciplinary team to manage patients with expected stays under 24 hours, including heart failure and COPD cases.

AHN Jefferson Magnet distinctions highlight a hospital committed to nursing excellence. Minimum requirements include PA RN licensure (or eNLC) and CPR certification; certification in a specialty is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Preferred: Certification in area of specialty
