Job summary

Next Move Healthcare in Rockford, IL, is seeking an experienced RN - Cath Lab Manager to lead a fast-paced procedural services department. This leadership role oversees Cardiac Cath Lab, Neuro IR, and Interventional Radiology, partnering with physicians and clinical leadership to strengthen operations and staff development.

The ideal candidate has Cath Lab, Neuro IR, or Interventional Radiology experience with at least two years of supervisory or management experience, plus active BLS, ACLS, and

Qualifications

• BSN required and Illinois RN licensure or eligibility.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or manager nursing leadership experience.
• Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab, Neuro IR, or Interventional Radiology.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical and operational activities in Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop nursing and procedural staff.
• Partner with physicians and department leadership to expand cardiovascular and interventional services.
• Ensure staffing for around-the-clock procedural and emergency coverage; manage budgets and resources.
• Promote patient safety, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence.
