RN Cath Lab Full Time Days Position Summary

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis and at the unit level. The role is responsible for supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. It supports the CNO in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintaining staff competency, and managing resources related to patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain active and current registered nurse license in the state of practice.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.

Education

• Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.

Certification

• Required: Current license, certification, or registration to practice as required by law or policy. CPR certification.
