Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare in Georgia is seeking a skilled Nurse/RCIS/RCES to assist in invasive cardiac and electrophysiology procedures. You will work with state-of-the-art Cath Lab/EP equipment and deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care to patients during procedures.

The role requires a valid RN license or equivalent, RCIS or RCES certification, and a minimum of 2 years in a Cath Lab setting, with BCLS and ACLS qualifications preferred.

Qualifications

• RN, RCIS or RCES required.
• Minimum of 2 years Cath Lab Tech experience.
• Georgia State Licensure or Multistate Licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assists the physician in invasive cardiac/electrophysiology procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of Cath Lab/EP equipment and its maintenance.
• Delivers direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during procedures.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Assists the physician in the performance of invasive cardiac/electrophysiology procedures. Has thorough knowledge of all Cath Lab/EP Equipment and maintenance of it and administers direct/indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Able to provide direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during established procedures.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular
Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
2 years Cath Lab Tech Experience

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Depending on the education held above, one of the following is required:

RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure

RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist

RCES - Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist

BCLS and ACLS
