Piedmont Healthcare in Georgia is seeking a registered nurse for cath lab duties involving invasive cardiac and electrophysiology procedures. You will support physicians, manage cath lab equipment, and provide direct/indirect cardiovascular care during procedures.

Minimum RN education with RCIS/RCES acceptable, 2 years cath lab experience, and BCLS/ACLS certification required. On-site role with competitive benefits and sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Assists the physician in the performance of invasive cardiac/electrophysiology procedures. Has thorough knowledge of all Cath Lab/EP Equipment and maintenance of it and administers direct/indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Able to provide direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during established procedures.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular
Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
2 years Cath Lab Tech Experience

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Depending on the education held above, one of the following is required:

RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure

RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist

RCES - Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
BCLS and ACLS
