Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare East side Medical Center in Georgia invites experienced Cath Lab professionals to join a supportive team. You will assist physicians during invasive cardiac and electrophysiology procedures, using state-of-the-art equipment, and deliver direct and indirect cardiovascular care.

Requirements include RN, RCIS or RCES with at least 2 years Cath Lab experience, Georgia licensure, and BCLS/ACLS certification. A sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• RN, RCIS or RCES credentialed.
• At least 2 years Cath Lab Tech experience.
• Georgia licensure and/or multi-state licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in invasive cardiac/electrophysiology procedures.
• Knowledge of Cath Lab/EP equipment and maintenance.
• Provide direct and indirect cardiovascular care during procedures.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Assists the physician in the performance of invasive cardiac/electrophysiology procedures. Has thorough knowledge of all Cath Lab/EP Equipment and maintenance of it and administers direct/indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Able to provide direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during established procedures.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular
Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
2 years Cath Lab Tech Experience

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Depending on the education held above, one of the following is required:

RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure

RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist

RCES - Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist
