Description:This is a backfill contract position for an RN in the Cath Lab.The schedule is from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call requirements.Candidates must be available for an average of 9 days on call per month.Weekend coverage is expected to be an average of 1 weekend per month.The unit consists of 3 labs with a patient ratio of 1:1.The team includes 3 staff members per procedure, plus additional support.The environment is busy, and a sense of urgency is essential.Typical procedures performed include standard diagnostic and complex interventional cases, with high volume.Scrubs will be provided by the facility.A collaborative and supportive team environment is promoted.The department boasts a high engagement score, reflecting a positive work culture.New equipment and technology enhance the work experience.The unit values experienced staff and offers various scheduling options.
