Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an RN Case Manager to oversee the care of team members with work-related injuries. You will work closely with the workers' compensation carrier, TPA, treating providers, and the injured employee to ensure timely, appropriate care and recovery.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license in New Jersey, BLS/CPR certification, and at least 2 years in a healthcare setting, with preference for occupational health and case management experience.

Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree is required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite and EMR systems.

• Manages all aspects of care for team members injured on the job.
• Coordinates with workers' compensation carrier, third party administrator, treating providers, and other departments to facilitate appropriate treatment and care.
