Crawford & Company is hiring an RN Case Manager for the West Los Angeles County area. This remote position requires local field travel and offers quarterly bonus opportunities, along with CEU reimbursements and license/certification support.

You will manage workers’ compensation and other insurance cases, ensuring URAC and CMSA standards are met. A valid RN license and relevant certification are required or preferred.

Qualificações

• RN degree required.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience, case management a plus.
• Must reside in or near West LA County region.

Responsabilidades

• Review case records and data, analyze status, identify needs to resolve cases and enable return-to-work (RTW).
• Provide opinions on costs, treatment plans, and recommendations to facilitate case management goals.
• Coordinate with physicians, employers, and claims adjusters to advance RTW and case resolution.
• Travel to homes, health care providers, and worksites as needed to facilitate RTW.
