Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager

1. Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to provide exceptional care.
2. Visit pediatric and adult clients, conducting assessments in York, PA, and surrounding areas.
3. Develop and oversee care plans.
4. Supervise LPNs, RNs, and home health aides in the field.
5. Facilitate new hire orientation and conduct competency assessments for staff.

Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
