DDN Consulting Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse in Manchester, CT. The role offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements, supporting adults with developmental disabilities in group homes.

You will oversee nursing staff, train teams, review care plans, and ensure safe medication administration. Travel to select group homes in Manchester and surrounding towns is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 1–2 years nursing experience preferred; experience with developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight, training, and documentation.
• Develop plans to advocate for health care needs.
• Write nursing reviews.
• Monitor medical and dental records.
• Review documentation to ensure certified staff follows procedures for reporting errors in medication administration.
• Supervise the initial worksite for med administration by staff.
• Conduct onsite training.

Requirements:
