Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in CA is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, implement, and coordinate plan of care in inpatient and ED.
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and inter-disciplinary team.
• Lead discharge planning and utilization review to optimize care and cost.
