Job summary

Cooperative Home Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to provide clinical oversight and leadership for our In-Home Care and Private Duty Nursing programs in the St. Louis area.

The role offers a salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 with comprehensive benefits, including health, vision, dental, PTO, a 401k, and paid certifications. You will supervise LPNs and aides, perform clinical visits, and train PDN nurses in home and office settings.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• Experience in in-home nursing preferred.
• Willing to drive in the St. Louis metro area.

Responsibilities

• Perform supervisory visits on LPNs and aides.
• Perform med setups, general health evaluations, and other In-home nursing visits.
• Train PDN nurses on proper care techniques and charting in the home and office.
• Teach CPR, L1ma, and other training classes in office. We will pay you to become an instructor.
• Complete necessary clinical documentation related to patient care.
