• Typing speed of 35 WPM; basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement care plans to meet patients' health care needs.
• Advocate for patients to ensure access to services and resources.
• Coordinate coordination of care with providers, facilities, and payers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
