Job summary

Harbor Healthcare System in San Antonio is seeking a qualified, full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager for an outpatient position. The RN must be independent, experienced, and capable of coordinating admissions, assessments, discharges, and pronouncements within the interdisciplinary care team.
