Job summary

Godaelli Home Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to support Personal Care and Respite Care. The RN will lead assessments, care planning, and supervision of aides, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality service in Northern Virginia.

The role emphasizes assessment, care coordination, and documentation, with flexible scheduling and field-based coordination for Consumer-Directed and Agency-Directed care models.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Virginia (or compact).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience.
• Experience with home care, personal care, respite care, Medicaid waiver services or service facilitation preferred.
• Knowledge of Virginia Medicaid waiver programs and DMAS documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home client assessments for Personal Care and Respite Care.
• Develop, review, and update Plans of Care.
• Provide supervision of Personal Care Aides and ensure Plan of Care is followed.
• Coordinate services and educate consumers and families about program expectations.
• Complete Medicaid, DMAS, waiver and agency documentation accurately and on time.
• Support quality improvement, chart reviews, and compliance monitoring.
